TURNING VISION INTO REALITY

INDEPENDENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY

For complex hospitality and real estate projects

Luxury Hotel Development & Project Management Consultancy

Bringing clarity to complex projects

EFBC is an independant consultancy supporting hotel owners and investors throughout the development, construction and renovation of luxury hotels.

Designing a hotel is far more than delivering a building.

It means creating a place where architecture, operations, guest experience and commercial performance come together from the earliest decisions.

EFBC supports clients throughout the design and construction process by providing independent project management and development advisory services.

Every assignment combines:

strategic thinking to structure the project from the outset,
rigorous oversight to challenge studies, monitor progress and safeguard project objectives,
active coordination to keep every stakeholder aligned and every decision moving forward.

EFBC is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

From the initial vision to project delivery.

So that nothing essential is left to chance.

My Commitment

Independent. Personal. Fully Engaged.

Every project is personally led by me.

As Managing Director of EFBC and MRICS Chartered Surveyor since 2013, I provide independent project management and advisory services, acting solely in my client’s best interests.

I help create clarity, accountability and continuity throughout the project, ensuring that decisions are well prepared, commitments are followed through and project objectives remain fully aligned.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT・COORDINATION・FF&E・PROJECT DELIVERY

Successful projects are never the result of chance.

They are the result of clear decisions, rigorous execution and lasting commitment.

I do more than manage projects.

I create the conditions that allow them to succeed.
