ABOUT

Building Projects. Building Trust.

I have always loved building.

Not simply because I enjoy watching buildings take shape, but because I am fascinated by what happens long before construction begins: transforming an idea into a project, bringing people together around a shared ambition, and overcoming the countless challenges that stand between vision and reality.

This passion has guided my career for more than twenty years.

A Career Built on Complex Projects

After graduating from KEDGE Business School with a specialisation in Marketing, I was naturally drawn towards the real estate industry.

Working alongside my father, who was active in real estate transactions and property development, gave me my first exposure to the world of construction and development. Shortly afterwards, I joined the Master in Real Estate Management at ESSEC Business School, where I developed the technical and strategic foundations of my profession.

In 2007, I joined em2c as a Development Project Manager.

Those three years shaped the professional I am today.

Every project was different.

Every assignment required a balance of technical expertise, financial discipline, contractual understanding and operational coordination.

Most importantly, I discovered what continues to motivate me today:

turning ambitious ideas into successful projects.

Building Expertise

In 2011, I founded EFBC with a simple ambition: to provide owners and investors with independent, committed and rigorous project management.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of contributing to a wide range of complex developments, including:

• UPS’s principal French logistics hub (30,000 m²)

• a 25,000 m² office development in Vitry-sur-Seine

• major hospitality developments

• residential, office and mixed-use projects

Since 2013, I have been a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and EFBC has been regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), reflecting my commitment to professional excellence, ethics and continuous development.

Hospitality Became an Obvious Choice

In 2017, I chose to focus increasingly on the hospitality sector.

This led me to one of the most rewarding experiences of my career: supporting the development and delivery of the Sheraton Nice Airport, a 234-room international hotel operated under Marriott International standards.

For more than five years, I was involved in every stage of the project, from design development to construction and FF&E coordination. This experience transformed my understanding of hospitality.

A hotel is not simply a building.

It is a living environment where architecture, operations, guest experience and commercial performance must work together long before the first guest arrives.

My Approach

Technical expertise alone does not guarantee a successful project.

Over the years, I have become increasingly interested in what enables complex projects to succeed: better decisions, stronger collaboration and greater alignment between all stakeholders.

Today, my role extends beyond project management.

I help clients structure decisions, challenge assumptions when necessary, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain momentum throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Every recommendation is based on careful analysis.

Every important decision is supported by clear information.

Every commitment is actively followed through until it has been implemented.

Because successful projects are rarely the result of chance.

They are the result of sound decisions, shared commitment and disciplined execution.

Values That Guide Every Project

My work is built on five principles that remain constant regardless of the project’s size or complexity.

Integrity

Acting independently, objectively and transparently, always in the client’s best interests.

Excellence

Maintaining the highest standards in decision-making, analysis and project delivery.

Responsability

Understanding the long-term impact of every decision on quality, cost, programme and future operations.

Collaboration

Creating alignment between stakeholders and encouraging constructive dialogue throughout the project.

Commitment

Taking personal responsibility for every assignment and defending my client’s interests with the same care as if the project were my own.

Why Clients Choose EFBC

Clients work with EFBC because they know their project will receive personal attention from start to finish.

They know decisions will be carefully prepared.

Potential issues identified early.

Stakeholders kept aligned.

Commitments followed through.

Most importantly, they know they will always have an independent partner focused on one objective:

the successful delivery of their project.
