Maud Anselmetti, MRICS
When I founded EFBC in 2011, choosing the name Eco-Friendly Building Consulting was far from incidental. It reflected a conviction that continues to shape my approach today: a building’s performance cannot be separated from its environmental responsibility.
Between 2015 and 2022, this conviction was further strengthened through my role as a BREEAM Assessor, providing extensive experience in the application of international environmental assessment standards and their integration into construction projects.
Today, that experience continues to inform EFBC’s approach. Beyond certification schemes, it is reflected in a constant focus on creating buildings that are sustainable, resource-efficient, operationally effective and capable of delivering long-term value for their owners and users.
Acting independently, objectively and transparently, always in the client’s best interests.
Maintaining the highest standards in decision-making, analysis and project delivery.
Understanding the long-term impact of every decision on quality, cost, programme and future operations.
Creating alignment between stakeholders and encouraging constructive dialogue throughout the project.
Taking personal responsibility for every assignment and defending my client’s interests with the same care as if the project were my own.
Every successful project begins with a conversation.
